Terms of Service

1. Nature of Virtual Credits ("Points")

All purchases within the TiktokBoxGame application consist of virtual credits referred to as "Points."

• No Monetary Value: Points are digital content, not a currency. They have no real-world monetary value, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender or goods outside the app's ecosystem.
• Usage License: Your purchase represents a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use these digital features exclusively within our games.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:

• You request the immediate delivery of the Points to your account.
• You acknowledge and provide express consent that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (refund) as soon as the digital content is made available.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your TikTok account. We are not liable for Points lost due to unauthorized access or bans imposed by third-party platforms.
• Prohibited Activity: Any attempt to exploit the system (using bots, scripts, or bugs) will lead to an immediate account ban and forfeiture of all Points without compensation.

5. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points system or pricing at any time to ensure platform stability. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the application.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the Developer in the following cases:

• Technical Failure: A payment was successfully processed via Stripe, but Points were not delivered after 24 hours (subject to technical verification).
• Unauthorized Transactions: Cases of proven fraudulent use of a payment method, subject to the investigation policies of our payment processor.

7. Pricing

The minimum payment is 31.59€ for a package of 35,000 points in our application.

8. Standalone Games & Exclusions

Please note that certain premium games, such as Only Climb Spiderman Mod, are not part of the Points ecosystem and cannot be unlocked using virtual credits.

• Separate Purchase: These games require a standalone license purchase.
• Manual Delivery: To purchase standalone games, you must open a support ticket on our Official Discord Server.
• No Transfer: Points cannot be exchanged or converted into licenses for standalone games.
